Finally snagged a PE!
Well, sadly i didn't have the cash to nab one of these while you could still get them new.
But after a eternity searching i found a good deal on one.
And as usual i had to give it my own personal charms
Then since it didn't have a body with it, i painted up a shell i was going to use on my 2x4 until i got this.
Hopefully i get to go race it tomorrow! so far, i really like it. but i haven't done much more to test make sure everything works well and is smooth.
Hope you like it, and I hope all the photos are not a problem

KA-BAM!!
Well, took it out for a spin, and wow, i love it, handles great, fast....
So fast that when you hit a mailbox pole at full speed because a stick jammed in the front end, it snaps an a-arm off and cracked the front shock tower where the linkage screw was. OUCH lol.
No hobby shops near me have any 4x4 parts yet. SO it looks like its time for some online ordering and RPM arms ><

UGG!
Well, after finding a few parts to get this sucker back up and running,
I take it to the track, and on the 1st practice run around the track guess what?
I'm sure nobody will be surprised, bent a rear axle.
Guess the rumors about the axles being weak are true! lol
Haven't even ran this thing for 20 minutes, and havin issues all over.

* i'm not being a smart @ss* but after you get disappointed because the truck is weak, your next frustration will be lack of parts availablity. you will only over pay for something so many times on ebay before you realize that the truck isn't worth it. I speak from my own experiance with the truck, nothing will piss you off more than a 2 dollar part keeping you from winning, then paying double the amout on flea bay just to get the truck rolling again. I like the idea of the slash 4x4 but the durability isn't there, imo. some guys got lucky and can beat the truck all day long, not me, i look at the thing wrong and parts fall off.
