new cab forward buggy bodies

They say they help with the handling characteristics, and better engine cooling. I don't doubt them as many of the pro's are running them. At first I thought they were hideous, but after looking at it for a while it's starting to grow on me. Too bad I can't get one for my buggy.

roar did finally ban them. i know that there was a hot debate about them.

How did you do the flames???

i used a parma paint mask. mid evil flames was the name of it.

thanks dude, it was by far my most ambitious paint job, i made some errors, but lessons learned for the next time.

I thought you may have used liquid mask. And as for lessons learned every body you learn something new

Thanks, lol. i'm still taking it easy. but, as far as i can tell it will be just fine. I crashed a few times on the double at 323, and hit a pipe, hard. As for the handling, the standard set up felt good, tires and all. I'm curious to see if the new bodies really help with turn in speed like they claim.

yesterday was the 2nd outing with the rc8, and i can safely say that it will be just fine. Usually i have my new stuff tore up within the first 48 hrs. this thing seems pretty tuff. The new body design does help with handling alot. I'm guessing that is helps with the front down force as there wasn't as much push heading into the turns.
